The 100% satisfaction guarantee is simple. If your baby doesn’t get on with the formula you choose, then you can simply let us know and we’ll give you a store credit to try another brand. That’s it!
When can I expect my shipment?
We start processing your order as soon as we receive it, and you can expect it to arrive at your door in 3-10 business days. We are located in The Netherlands and dispatch the same day for all orders placed before 1pm CET (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you order after 1pm we’ll ship the following day. You can also sign up for a subscription, that means you’ll get your order on autopilot at the interval of your choice, without having to remember to order.
How much does shipping cost?
Worldwide shipping is 100% Free when you order a 4-pack or bigger. Therefore, we suggest ordering higher quantities, which means you will get bulk discounts up to 25% (and a subscription gives you another 5% on top of that). If you order a Double-pack, shipping is CAD 13.99.
International orders may incur import charges from the customs agency of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How does the Subscription service work?
Our subscription service helps you save while making sure you get the formula you need delivered to you in a timely manner. Just add the formula of your choice to your cart, and choose the “Subscribe and Save 5%” option. You can cancel at any time or adjust your preferences in the My Subscription area.
