We cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is because we need to make sure that every product sold in our store is unopened, undamaged and not handled by anyone except our own, trained staff and trusted couriers.

We know babies are sometimes picky eaters, or just don’t tolerate a new brand of formula. If things don’t work out with the brand you bought, we’ll give you a store credit for one unit so you can try another one on us. We’ll also help you to find the right option.

Incorrect orders

We take great care to make sure that every order arrives at your door undamaged, and with everything you ordered. 

Occasionally, mistakes happen. If they do, we’ll replace your order or, if it’s out of stock, refund you right away. You should receive your refund in your account within 48 hours. 

To tell us about an incorrect order, email us within 3 days of receiving it with a photo of the order you received. We’ll then send you the correct order along with a shipping label so you can return the incorrect product, along with its packing slip. 


Damaged products

Occasionally, though we pack all our orders carefully, boxes can get damaged in transit.

If you receive a product with a damaged box, can or packaging don’t worry. Most of the time, it can still be used. If your order is in a box, check that the pouch inside is still sealed. If it’s a can, check that the lid is still sealed (even if the can is dented). In both cases, your formula is still 100% safe to use. 

If you find that the seal on either the pouch or can is broken, your formula is not safe to use. Email customer [email protected] and we’ll happily help.
