For Baby's First Feeding
Mix 1 tablespoon of cereal with about 3-4 tablespoons of breast milk or formula. You can add a little more liquid until you reach the desired consistency. As your baby gets accustomed to eating the cereal, you can add more to feedings. Cereal can be served at room temperature, or the liquid can be heated in the microwave at 50% power for 15-20 seconds. Do not microwave breast milk because it will break down its composition.
