Hi,
With this short guide, we want to make sure that it is easy for you to change your subscription.
This is especially useful if you need to switch from Stage 1 to Stage 2 or from Stage 2 to Stage 3 so you don't have to cancel your existing subscription you can simply just swap the product.
1.Log in to your account
You will find the login button on the left top of the page as you can see in the screenshot below:
2. Log in to your account
Type in your e-mail address and password to access your account
(if you need help with that, please follow this guideline)
3. Click on the "Manage Subscription" button to manage your Subscriptions
4. Click on the "Manage" link that will bring up a pulldown after clicking on it.
5. Click on "Swap Product" in the pulldown.
6. Click the button with the 2 arrows next to the product that you want to swap
In this example below, we are going to swap HiPP Dutch Stage 2 with HiPP UK Stage 2
7. Pick the new product that you want to subscribe for now
As soon you click on the button you will see a list with all the products you can subscribe to and you will be able to pick a new subscription product and also chose a new quantity if needed.
8. Confirm your changes by clicking on the "Yes, swap product" button.
